  1. On your Desktop, go to Start - Control Panel.

  2. Click on the Mail icon to access your Outlook settings.

  5. Type a name for your new profile and then click on OK.

  6. Select Add a new e-mail account under E-mail.

  7. Select the Microsoft Exchange Server option and then click on Next.

  8. Enter vmbx121 in the Microsoft Exchange Server field, make sure Use Cached Exchange Mode is selected, enter your e-mail address in the User Name field, and then click on More Settings.Ok3_MSE_Settings_More121
  9. A window should appear stating that The action cannot be completed. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. Click on OK.Ok3_action_cannot121
  10. Another window will open. Click on OK again.

  11. Click on the Connection tab. Under Outlook Anywhere, check the Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP option and click on Exchange Proxy Settings.

  12. In the Use this URL to connect to my proxy server for Exchange field, enter webmail.Name.net. Make sure that both On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP and On slow networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP are selected and that the Proxy authentication settings are at Basic Authentication. Then, click on OK.

  13. Click on Apply and then on OK.

  15. Click on Finish. 
  16. Open Outlook.
  17. A dialog box with your e-mail address should appear. Enter your password and then click on OK.
