On April 1st, we implemented a new support/billing system allowing us to service you much more efficiently. Please note, if you were billed automatically with a credit card on file, we will need to setup automatic billing once again since it is a new system.

The new system offers the following features:
- Knowledgebase allowing us to provide answers to common questions.
- Ticket Rating allowing you to provide feedback on the level of service you received, which in turn allows us to continue making improvements.
- Announcements allowing us to keep you in the loop on scheduled maintenance and updates.
- Real-Time Domain Availability Checking checks for domain availability against WHOIS services before allowing orders to be placed.
- WHOIS Information can also be reviewed and updated with supported registrars.
- Domain Management allowing you to manage domain renewals from one single location.
