Why are support credit hours necessary?
- IGV offers free complimentary support for requests that take less than 15 minutes to fulfill. When projects exceed 15 minutes, they become billable therefore requiring support credit hours. IGV wants to keep your site updated. In addition, we offer support credit hours to extend our services and keep your website updated at a discounted rate.
How does it Work?
- All work performed under the Support Credit Hours will be billed in 15 minutes increments, following the first 15 minutes included with your support package.
- Sold in 10-hour increments (10, 20, 30, etc...)
When does It expire?
- One calendar year after the initial purchase of the support credit hours
