Why are service credits necessary?
- IGV offers free complimentary support for requests that take less than 15 minutes to fulfill. When projects exceed 15 minutes, they become billable therefore requiring service credits. IGV wants to keep your site updated. In addition, we offer service credits to extend our services and keep your website updated at a discounted rate.
How does it Work?
- All work performed under the service credits will be billed by the minute, following the first 15 minutes included with your support package.
- Sold in 10-hour increments (10, 20, 30, etc...)
When does It expire?
- One calendar year after the initial purchase of the service credits
