1.) Search for "ODBC" in the search panel
2.) Choose "64-bit" version
3.) Choose "MS Access Database" under "User DSN"
4.) Click Add
5.) Select one of the MySQL options and click Finish
6.) Here is what we need to provide a user/enter:
-Server (the domain of the website with the database)
-Database name (the one created in cPanel)
-Database username
-Database password
7.) Click test to make sure that the DB is connecting properly

Also, the following 2 items will be needed:
1.) Add IP address to whitelist
2.) Add IP address to backend of website
