Webmail exist as a way to access your Email service via a web browser instead of the Outlook program. This can be and is often used as emergency access when your Outlook stops working.
To access your webmail:
1.) Please use the correct link that corresponds with your email service.
Exchange 2013: webmail05.mycloudmailbox.com
Exchange 2016: webmail14.mycloudmailbox.com
Exchange 2019: webmail19.mycloudmailbox.com
2.) Enter your email address and password and you will be able to access your email.
